"Matthew helped us find
a home in an extremely difficult market under a time crunch last summer, 2021. He was responsive, fast-paced, and knowledgeable about the Chattanooga market. We were moving from out of state and needed a lot of guidance on the area. Matthew helped us sort through school decisions, neighborhoods, and all the ins and outs of a competitive offer in a difficult market. He took the time to really understand what we wanted and hunt for the right house on our behalf. He did FaceTime walk throughs of several houses for us since we weren’t in town yet. When the right house came available, he was able to get us information before it even hit the market and see it first thing. Matthew has a whole team of capable and kind people working with him to help with inspections, paperwork, etc. They made it easy for us.
